PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT
After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to complete your online intake forms in your patient portal. Please complete these forms as soon as possible before your appointment. LATE CANCELLATION &
NO SHOW POLICY
We ask that you give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you do not give 24 hours notice or miss your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Please eat a light meal or snack
1-2 hours before your appointment.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that can be pulled above the knees and elbows. Additional coverings such as gowns, towels, and sheets will be provided to ensure you are comfortable during your treatment.
Arrive 5-10 minutes before appointment.

INSURANCE
We do not interact with health insurance companies at this time.
Full payment is due at the time of each treatment.
A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture treatments. Consult your insurer for the terms of coverage on your policy.
A receipt invoice will be given after each treatment for patients to submit for reimbursement.
